Ok, really, maybe you landed on this page because you’re already my friend on Facebook. Or maybe you watch one of my webseries - either Cost of Capital or Otaku:The Series and then stalk me on Twitter. Or maybe you’re one of the 30 people who follow me on Quora, Pinterest, G+, Branch or listen to one of my podcasts, I dunno. Either way, you landed here and now you’re stuck wondering who I am, what do I do, what do I do for fun and where the heck is the escape key.
Well, here’s your fine answers:
1) Who are you??
A: I’m Goldie. Avid storyteller. Biologist turned alchemist. Ta’veren. Oh, and my grandma is pretty awesome.
2) What do you do??
These days I’m a social media strategist, film producer and writer - splitting my time between Hollywood and Silicon Valley.
My latest project is “Cost of Capital” - a “Wall Street” meets “The Social Network” original series about the secret lives of investment bankers. I co-host two podcasts - one on Media & Hollywood and one on defining Transmedia. Every once in a while, I run fun Twitter office hours on everything from producing and acting to social media and positive life philosophies.
3) What do you do for fun??
A: Gosh. I paint, read, nerd out, eat, nerd out some more, write and wonder why the battery life on my MacBook Pro is so sad.
4) Where’s the escape key??
To your left and up.
oh, and talk to me sometime.
